Gold - Virtual Assistant Services
Includes:
Receptionist
Reception Duties: answering telephone calls on your behalf, screening and directing calls to other staff members, providing basis information to callers. At the end of day messages will be given to you, either by phone call, email, post or SMS.
 
38 Hours Per Week. Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
Limited 20 incoming calls per day, 
Plus call costs that are forwarded to mobile.
Making Appointments via your diary, Outlook.
Typing of correspondence. 
Bookkeeping

Data Entry
Entry of invoices
Entry of purchases
Bank reconciliation
